BEST PLACE TO ENJOY A CIGAR
To help in the never-ending search for a proper place to enjoy a cigar, we enlisted the readers of Cigar Aficionado magazine to name their favorite cigar bars, cigar friendly restaurants and cigar lounges across the United States.  The editors of Cigar Aficionado sifted through the list, and selected Frankie's Bar as an ideal Restaurant and Bar for the traveling cigar aficionado and it features 38 televisions and a cigar-friendly atmosphere.

Such top-notch food comes as a pleasant surprise.  This spot, in the first floor of the Residences high-rise apartments, has seen ventures come and go over the years; most recently, it was a Spasso's. Let's toast the current occupant's reach for a higher caliber of food.

Small, New, or Offbeat  FRANKIE’S SPORTS BAR AND GRILL While enjoying excellent bar food, you can watch football, surfing, and NASCAR on 26 vivid screens, all the while listening to Ozzy and Kiss classics blaring in the foreground. We passed on the tempting pizza for a chicken Parmesan sandwich—generous breast meat with melted mozzarella and marinara on toasted ciabatta. The list of superlative salads includes the Garden of Eden, with apple, walnut, bacon, blue cheese, and cider vinaigrette

Oh, Frankie, my Frankie, our search is finally done!  The best sports bar title is won! This place is float-like-a-butterfly great.  30 HDTVs suffuse the place and wireless receivers are at every table, so you can tune in to the program or game you are most interested in, rather than watching soundless sports while Dido plays over speakers.  The food was terrific, with a large and varied menu that was several steps above typical bar food.  Their beer, wine and cocktail menus are extensive and there's a build-your-own Bloody Mary bar with most every possible option you could imagine.  The patio is covered, misted and wired.  All in all, it is a great place for your Olympic fix.
